The room was quiet and organized. The staff was great! The location was perfect for a solo traveler, being close enough to Chinatown and the train station for easy transportation.

Small rooms can be an issue, particularly if you end up on a lower floor with obstructed views blocked by neighboring buildings. Cleanliness isn't consistent. arriving in a room that smells of cigarette smoke and has hazy windows isn’t ideal. Lack of basic amenities like dental kits and room service could leave you digging into your pockets for necessities, which is frustrating. Renovation seems overdue due to the worn carpets and walls showing signs of age.

The 7-Eleven located within the hotel premises was a convenient spot for quick snacks and essentials.

The front desk staff were notably unhelpful, dismissing basic requests rather rudely, which left a negative impression.

The late-night check-in went smooth and the staff were super accommodating, which was a relief after my long flight. I enjoyed relaxing in the lovely garden area and the cozy seating by the pond. The ATM in the lobby didn’t accept my international card, but there was a bank close by for currency exchange, so it was manageable. 😊

The location was excellent just a short walk to Chinatown and local market. I booked a family room for three nights and found it spacious enough for us and the kids.

It wasn’t exactly inexpensive but for the price, still reasonable.

i enjoyed my stay, especially because there are so many landmarks and parks nearby, like incheon jayup park and the fascinating open port modern architecture museum, both just a short walk away.

The room was comfortable with air conditioning, but no room service was a letdown.
